With the last two paintings in the icon series, Christian Fahrner took up the challenge of painting his own children. Here Lilly-Rose, 10 years old when the painting was painted, emerges in the center of a multitude of flowers. A Rhinoceros Hornbill, a bird from Southeast Asia known for the solidity of its pair relationships, monogamous for the rest of its life which can last up to 90 years, flies over Lilly-Rose and protects it with the solidity of this love. The theme of the condition of rhinoceroses, two golden heads of which appear at the bottom of the painting, is once again present. The tear on Lilly-Rose's face and the arrow in the heart she holds bear witness to this.

Avec les deux derniers tableaux de la série des icônes, Christian Fahrner a relevé le défi de peindre ses propres enfants. Ici Lilly-Rose, 10 ans au moment de la peinture du tableau, surgit au centre d’une multitude de fleurs. Un Calao Rhinoceros, oiseau du sud-est asiatique connu pour la solidité de ses relations de couple, monogame jusqu’à la vie de sa vie qui peut durer jusqu’à 90 ans, survole Lilly-Rose et la protège de la solidité de cet amour. Le thème de la condition des rhinoceros, dont deux têtes dorées figurent en bas du tableau, est une nouvelle fois présent. La larme sur le visage de Lilly-Rose et la flèche dans le coeur qu’elle soutient en témoignent.
