Cathou Farges

Cathou Farges took drawing lessons at the Beaux-Arts in Paris and then at the Glassel School of Art in Houston where she lived for many years.

Adept at automatic painting, she creates spontaneously guided by her unconscious. When she paints, Cathou likes to mix shapes and colors until the moment when the light and the meaning of her works are revealed.
