François Castelain
François Castelain is a portrait photographer born in France at the end of the 80s. When he arrived in the Caribbean in 2015, he fell under the spell of the inhabitants and discovered a real passion for cultural diversity. He then came up against some difficulties, the relationship of trust is a long journey during which he will have to be patient during his travels. It will take him a long time before he manages to fit in and then break the codes to build an authentic relationship in order to highlight this raw beauty that he detects at first glance. He wants to highlight a truth of each one through this "face to face" as he likes to call it. For him cultural diversity is a strength which greatly contributes to the singularity and the beauty of his work.
