Our work is inspired by the landscapes, light, flora and fauna of Saint-Barthélemy. Through tufting — a technique that extends our passion for drawing — we transform moments of everyday life into textured, instinctive compositions. Guided by color, gesture and imagination, each piece is created to be seen, touched and felt.

Born from a dialogue between drawing, gesture, and texture, our tufted artworks capture the essence of Saint-Barthélemy. The island’s light, natural forms, and quiet poetry guide our creative process, where each piece begins as an instinctive composition shaped by mood and imagination.

Working together, we translate fragments of daily life — landscapes, flora, fauna, fleeting impressions — into tactile creations where textures tell stories and colors resonate emotionally. Tufting allows us to sculpt thread as one would draw, giving physical depth to our vision.

Every work is a unique, hand-crafted piece designed not only to be viewed, but also to be experienced through touch. Through these woven gestures, we seek to reveal the sensitivity, softness, and singular beauty of our island home.

Manon Gréaux and Mikaël Chateauraynaud create tufted artworks deeply rooted in the landscapes, light, flora, and fauna of Saint-Barthélemy. Their practice blends instinct, emotion, and craftsmanship.

Manon, born and raised on the island, approaches tufting as an extension of her passion for drawing and for tactile, handmade techniques. She sees each blank canvas as a space where ideas multiply and take shape through color, gesture, and texture.

Mikaël complements this creative process through technical, social-media, and organizational work, allowing their shared artistic vision to flourish.

Together, they transform simple moments from daily island life into textured compositions.
Their works are guided by mood, imagination, and the natural world: textures become stories, colors resonate with emotion and patterns speak without words.

Each creation is designed not only to be seen, but also to be touched and felt — a sensitive, singular piece that captures fragments of life on St Barts.
